Pet friendly and has space for them to be very comfortable, I imagined it would be infested with insects because it was hot and high up, but there was almost nothing, I didn't even use repellent! The only point is that apart from the breakfast that arrives on the day of checkout, there are no other complimentary items, for example: all the chalets I go to have olive oil, salt, sugar, basic items available at no additional cost, but this doesn't detract from anything, it would just be a plus."

Reservations and Policies

How can I make a reservation and what are the payment methods?
Reservations can be made easily through our WhatsApp (19) 99404-3239 or via platforms like Airbnb, Holmy, and Booking. We accept PIX or credit cards. For direct bookings with us, we require a 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance up to 7 days before check-in.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. We will send the instructions and access code the day before your arrival. If there is no other reservation on your check-out day, we can extend the time at no additional cost (subject to confirmation). Early check-in is also possible based on availability.

Can I book just a 1-night stay?
Yes, we accept a minimum of 1 night from Sunday to Thursday. For weekends, holidays, and special dates, we require a minimum of 2 nights.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance incur a 20% penalty fee of the total amount. For cancellations within 30 days or less, the guest may reschedule the stay dates (subject to availability), provided they notify us at least 7 days prior to check-in. Any tariff differences will be charged upon modification.

Accommodation and Comfort

What does the Dome offer?
The Dome is completely private. Inside: a round bed with massage features and mountain views, air conditioning (hot/cold), 300-thread-count linens, Trussardi bathrobes, L'Occitane amenities, and a spacious bathroom with two showers. Outside: a stunning deck, American grill, double hot tub with chromotherapy, suspended net, fire pit, and a beautiful garden.

What is the capacity of the Dome? Can I bring children or pets?

Capacity: The Dome was designed for couples (up to 2 people) with a single double bed, making it unsuitable for children (soon we will have new cabins ideal for families).

Pets: Yes! We accept small pets for an additional daily fee. We provide a small bed, pee pad, bowls, and a special treat. Please check with our team.

Does the cabin have Wi-Fi and how is the weather?
We offer high-quality Wi-Fi via Starlink satellite. Cell phone signals from local carriers may fluctuate. The climate is mild with cool nights most of the year, and quite cold in winter (April to August). To ensure your comfort, the Dome features hot/cold air conditioning, cozy blankets, and an outdoor fire pit.

Gastronomy and Extra Services

How do meals work?
We offer a complete breakfast basket included. For other meals, you can use the Dome's fully equipped kitchen (airfryer, induction stove, wine cellar, fondue kit, microwave, and American grill). Additionally, we sell ready-made dishes (Arabic, Mexican, pasta), BBQ meats, firewood, charcoal, and various drinks right on site. You can also visit restaurants in the neighboring cities.

What extra services do you offer?
We have a menu of services to personalize your stay: relaxing massages on the deck, ecotourism (trails and rappelling in partnership with local agencies), and themed decorations for special occasions (marriage proposals, birthdays, bouquets, and light displays).

Location and Security

Where is it located and how is the access?
Paytá is located on the border between MG and SP, in a rural area, about 30 minutes from both Poços de Caldas (MG) and Águas da Prata (SP). Access is easy, with only 4 km of dirt road accessible by any type of vehicle. The property has ample parking space in front of the Dome.

Is the place safe? How does cleaning work?
Yes, we guarantee total privacy and protection. The rural property features an electronic gate, password access, and exclusive security cameras in the external access areas. The Dome is equipped with internal and fire alarms. Regarding hygiene, we follow strict cleaning and sanitization protocols before every check-in.
